electrolysis question

In an electrolytic cell, a NiBr2 solution is being electrolysed using inert electrodes. I have stated that the two half reactions occurring are the ones going from Ni^2+ to Ni, and Br^- to Br2.
The question asks what would happen if the electrodes were changed to nickel electrodes. Am I right in saying that Ni metal will oxidise in preference to bromide ions at the anode?

Yep :).....Ni(s) would be the strongest reductant, hence, it will undergo oxidation at the anode in preference to Br-(aq)
