hey guys, i know this question is really broad but can someone help me with it?
Q) Energy is neither created nor destroyed in a chemical reaction. Explain where the energy released (or absorbed) by the reactions come from (or goes to)?

Something to do with sound and heat? im not very good at explaining. Can someone help? THANKS IN ADVANCE! :D

The released energy (generally thermal) can be transformed to other types of energy (such as electricity in power plants).
All energy we have today come from the sun. Coal for example comes from decomposition of cellulose, which grew via photosynthesis (i.e. CO2 in the atmosphere + sunlight --> cellulose). Essentially everything comes from the sun.
