Self Teach possible?

Name says everything. :)

I heard from a few teachers that Specialist requires teachers. I just would like to know if I could self teach myself it.

Depends on how easy/difficult you find maths. Obviously it's easier to learn from a teacher, but it's not impossible to self teach. Just going through the textbook, making notes and doing questions until you understand it isn't too difficult, and there's also plenty of great youtube videos you can use as extra resources.

Yes you can do it if you have a 'maths brain' and put the effort in. I have done it this year, keeping about 2 chapters ahead of the class at all times. So if you are determined enough, and are able to understand it, you can do it.
