Never heard of this and I don't think it's in the course.

As far as the study design is concerned you only need to know:

-Autocratic
-Persuasive
-Consultative
-Participative
-Laissez-faire

My guess is that this is just some sort of planning process which your teacher prefers to use, so for the purposes of your SAC and to avoid losing marks, I suggest you get the notes off someone else and make sure you use it. However in the exam, many questions will involve you using some sort process, but these are never fixed and there is A LOT of lenience in which process you apply as different teachers use different methods (usually its just variation in acronyms or wording etc, but they can vary greatly at times). Ultimately, they are just looking for a logical and practical process which performs whatever it is that they ask, and whether you use the common SADIM method of planning (as shown in my notes) or this 'new-style planning' doesn't really matter.

It's more of a Uni thing where you look more in depth at the four functions (we call them management functions in Uni)

You don't need to know this. (I haven't even done this yet.)
