Study Score Stuff

So I know this is kinda common and annoying, but I had a quick question regarding study scores. In our class there were a couple of A+s (me included) but the majority of the class was concentrated in the C+ region. Our teacher even said that our class average was only just above the state average. Will that bring those of us who got A+s down significantly assuming (quite reasonably) that the trend is repeated for the end of year exam?

Are you talking about your SAC marks?

I think it depends on the difficulty of the SACs/teachers ability to rank the cohort effectively. If those who got C+ were consistently getting close to what you're getting (e.g. school gives really easy sacs) then that could pose a problem.

As long as you're rank one or near it I wouldn't worry about it too much. One thing you could do as try and help your mates after all the SACs are over, as everyone doing well in the exam will possibly boost your SAC marks.

I've heard mixed explanation on this, and thus I may have muddled some things up but I hope that helps somewhat :)
