Complex Numbers - Would I be able?

Would I be able to do the complex number section of specialist without any Methods 3/4 knowledge? I want to do some specialist work before the start of 2012 and I think it would be nice if I did something good to 'ease' myself into it.

I already looked at some of the concepts and got them and understood the algebra going on in the theories/rules.

Thanks! :)

Yes, complex numbers aren't in the methods course at all.

If you're starting with Complex Numbers, you have to remember that once you reach the section on relations on the complex plane, so like the Argand Diagram, you'll need a strong knowledge in the different types of relations in Specialist Maths, so you might like to actually go through the Relations & Functions chapter of Specialist before going onto the last part of Complex Numbers :)
