because this is the first year that anyone has done this novel does anyone have an idea of the 2 essay questions we may be asked?

the book as most of you know is about how the author creates tension and how the novel is constructed. The sac that we had this year we were given an option to choose from a analytical/structural or character based essay, and i have also looked at the practice essay questions and most of them are structural, i am dead set on doing a thematic essay response to the question but what i am concerned about is, will VCAA give a thematic essay question for this novel?

Personally I think there is absolutely no way to try and figure out what the prompt may be, so just prepare as thoroughly as you can for everything.

i am not trying to predict what the prompt is, i am trying to find out whether there will be a thematic question
