Hey guys i got an b+ for my semester 1 exam and my sac average is 87%. How can i get a 40+ study score (if it is possible)

Yeah maybe if you get near full marks for the end of year exam and youre ranked in the top half dozen....

very unlikely brother..

you'd be looking for high 30s max and that's when you ace your exam too and if you're rank one in your class for SACs.

yes it is possible. assuming that you have a good sac rank and do very well at the end of the year exam.
