Whats the point in maths if you can't apply it to something? (I probably should have said that or I'll start the whole physicist vs engineer argument again)

I wouldn't, but maybe that is because I've come to hate proofs.

Anyway...

wish i studied harder for methods throughout the year
and wish i didnt get complacent when i got ahead of the state (relearning accounting for the next 4 days...)

1. wouldnt have started playing runescape with a bunch of mates a week before exams started
2. wouldnt have taken geography
3. would have actually done more prep in summer
4. would have concentrated in some classes
5. would have taken a business-y subject
6. would have done checkpoints throughout the year

list would go on but yeah...

Checkpoints ? what do you mean, like setting goals ?
I think he means the books that have exam-type problems in them (and assorted VCAA questions).

They have books for most subjects.
