personally im not going to even bother with that because ive basically known those formulas since year 9. and im pretty sure they put the formulas for the most common shapes, such as volume of a sphere,in the exam formula sheet that you can rip off.

Under separate headings - TSA , Volume , Area, I drew different shapes and their formulas to the corresponding headings. I also pointed out what the length (l), width (w) and height (h) on my shapes. (In case I forget or something like that).

This is what I did and found that it was neat and easy to read :) Drawing the shapes help!

With regards to the formulas, it depends if you need them or not, if you need them, put them in, if you're confident you know them, then don't bother :)
