TSSM Exam 2 Networks solution

I have attached the question i had a query about its question 2 part c of networks and i keep getting the wrong answer just wondering what others get and if its me or the exam thats wrong (They say answer is 9 i had 7)

Isn't the critical path A-C-E-H-I = 4+5+6+3+2 = 20
and D-F-H-I = 2+4+3+2 = 11
so LST = 9?
How'd you guys get 7

what about path D-dummy edge-E-H-I=13? because D has to be done before E can start
