What about A+ sacs, high A mid year and low-med A+ end of year
based on the grade distribution for chem 2010:
exam 1: a high A places you in the top 11-13 approx
exam 2: a low to medium A+ puts you in top 10%-4%
SACs: I can't say because i dunno how hard your school sacs are, and your SAC scores get adjusted up and down
So overall may you could get a study score of approximately 38-42? getting a 38 means you're in the top 14%, getting a 42 means you're in the top 5%
Any idea for Medium/High A+ mid years, ranked 1 of pretty good cohort and a really high A+ for end of years?
Thanks for any help.
Exam 1: A medium-high A+ places you in the top 5-2% (approx). I got a medium A+ for midyears and my tutor told me a score like that could easily yield a 45 (top 2%) if the end of year exam is also around the same mark and my tutor is an examiner.
Rank 1 is definitely good, esp with a good cohort
Exam 2: really high A+ for end of years would place you in the top 3-0.5% potentially.
So I reckon you could get anywhere from 46-50.
As a guidance, last year, a guy who got 50 raw lost four marks in the first exam and 2 marks in the last exam
Hope I've helped!
