Im currently doing a practise that involves relating change management to the cuurent situation of Qantas.

Anyone have any idea how to relate Kotter's Theory 8 step model, Leadership of the Senior Management and possible Internal Targets for Change in Qantas' Operations system?

Most of the stuff that they gave me is from the Qantas website and the current situation - Qantas downsizing and outsourcing employees from asia and stuff like that... Qantas fail to merge with British Airways...

The teacher told us to research the facts by our own but we should link it back to Kotter's, Internal targets and also leadership...
