What's going on at your school? What are your crazy ideas? Or does your school ban it?

We had muckup day on Friday. It was an awesome day, until my friend had a head on collision with a massive tree. Be careful, don't get too carried away and tell all your mates to drive responsibly.

Note: Don't hold more than 5 passengers in a car, and definitely don't hold any in the boot.

Yeh the driver was alright, but the passenger was on the floor and struggling to breathe. It's nasty seeing someone you've grown up with in that condition. Though, he's back to normal now.

Our "muck up day" is this thursday but all of the year 12's are sent off for a BBQ so we don't do anything stupid. There's security around the school and we're not even allowed on school grounds until the bus is ready to leave for the BBQ.

So pretty much, if we do anything or are even on school property when we're not supposed to be we'll be expelled or taken to the police :)

I'm in year 11 myself, but if any past years are anything to go by, the hallways and locks/lockers will be coated in vaseline :(
Also been told that year 12s are going to school early for 'pre drinks', that is, at 7-8am in the morning.

My mate told me that at another school they had security guards because two years in a row the year 12s locked the school gates so no-one could get in and made teachers pay them entry fees

Gotta laugh at this in hindsight, but damn some people go crazy.

Well our school threatened us with this-"we will not allow you to sit your exams" , if we happened to have started our own muck up day. We had like a mock grad which was loads of fun and very enjoyable so I guess that slightly compensates for our loss.

We had our "celebration day" rather than muck up day today lol. We ended up going to Luna Park and their scare tactic was that if we screw up the school we can't leave until it's cleaned up.

@nemolala: I'm pretty sure they can't do that. The most they can do is not let you sit the exams at your school, which they then arrange for it to be done somewhere else.

That would still be quite an inconvenience though.

Yeah, we had a "celebration day" too, but it ended up being fun :D It was Harry Potter-themed (our school got turned into Hogwarts) which was awesome.
I won the GAT: 49/50/50.

I'm guessing you go to one of the better schools in Melbourne, because my school would've gone with a brothel-themed celebration.

My school had 'celebration day' on Wednesday; the theme was 'fantasy' so we had all kinds of crazy characters.

Oh, it's been done every year. Any costume idea has become a 'slutty x', in the same way that anything halloween can be 'zombie x'
School buildings were locked, anything we did to the yard we had to clean up. No pranks happened. Everything was pretty mellow.
Most people went into the city afterwards, and confused the hell out of all the people around. Because I go to an all girls school, some people thought it was promotional for a product or a company or something :/ . Other people thought we had dressed up just to see the queen. <__<'' Some even got on tv.
Then grad night afterwards.
