2010 Exam help?!

Hey guys,

Just for the very last question on Exam 1 for matrices. I looked at the itute solutions, where they assumed the first answer was B and used this to find the answer to the fourth answer which would be the same. Now, I did use this method when I was trying the exam but instead I used the answer A rather than B. However, for the following, the answers remained A. So is that wrong to use A, or was it just a coincidence?

Thanks in advance.

Cool..

Ah anyone know how to explain for me as well from 2010 Exam 1 geometry MC 6? Wasn't sure how to calculate MT

And, question the 5 median smoothing in the core MC 12?

Thanks
