Really? That's got to be a massive inconvenience. Examiners come past and flick through the pages to check for loose sheets i'm guessing, and you guys are probably gonna get some weird looks from them...

Basically, what you need to do is make sure the two books are the same size, so you need to cut the top/bottom of your summary book so it matches your text book, and then you get a lot! of tape, and tape that real good.

I believe not, but ask the examiner or someone (preferably a teacher or someone) who would know, in the morning.
