leave your phone somewhere in the toilets during the exam?

and for the core one that everyone is getting wrong,
you have a value that's been deseasonalised (lets say it's 10) and you need to change it to it's original form(y)
its index is .8
so to get .8 to be 1 you have to add .2
.2 is 25% of .8, thus E
so like, for this example, .8y=10, y=12.5
so you added 25% of the original value
im reading that now and it looks retarded, sorry im not a teacher or tutor i can't explain things like that well :D

yes this is what I was telling my friends afterwards! This is what i did! And they didnt really buy it! how sure are you it's E? I hope it is! :P

It's E.

I did it by:
You want to seasonalise and that's essentially deseasonalising data.
Thus, take an arbitrary value like.. x

Deseasonalize = x/0.8
Now, 0.8 is the same as 4/5
so you are doing (x)/(4/5)
which is the same as x   times  5/4

now 5/4 is 1.25, hence you are increasing by 25%.

Pretty sure it's B.

oh awesome! I didn't think of it that way though, i just thought well to get to 1 we need to add .2 to .8, and .2 is 25% of it.
