In observational learning what form of learning has occurred before the observed behaviour is performed?
I was asked this question and was unsure.. i thought it would've been latent learning..?
And if someone could explain to me what vicarious learning is, that would be a great help :)

Vicarious conditioning: individual watches another person displaying behaviour that is either reinforced or punished, then subsequently behaves in exactly the same way or in modified way or refrains from the behaviour as a result of what they've learned

Before reproduction can occur in observational learning there are 2 other steps. These are "Attention" and "Retention". Observational and latent learning are quite similar but I think observational learning is more active since you ensure that you pay attention.

Latent learning would be right I'm pretty sure.. I read that somewhere that latent and observational were intertwined o.0
