does anyone know how to clear the sto-> you did on the cas

e.g i did (2-root(2)) sto-> a

how can i clear that?

Opening a new document probably would. But there are probably other ways, i never use it tho. I just grab previous answers and paste it :)

its only cz i used x by accident, so now whenever i try to solve equations it keeps substituting x with a value i dont want, i guess ill just soft reset it then...

if you are using the ti-89 go to home --> f6 (cleanup) --> clear a-z, (i think it is this one), also do newProb just to make sure
