Study score of 37+

How many marks can you lose across both exams?

What about a SS of 35? What does it take?

I'm a competent maths student but screwed up epically today. Went in with ultra high expectations, nerves got the better of me (or perhaps a bit too relaxed since English is out of the way) and ended up with 29/40. Yes it's disgusting I know.

What score would I need on exam 2 to make up for it? Honest answers only -- if I'm heading for a 30 I'd like to hear it because I might as well forget maths and focus on Legal.

so you lost 11 marks on 1, so i'd say if you want a 37 minimum you need to lose about 1-2 marks on exam 2?

Thanks for the quick reply. My worst fears have become true. Oh well, I'll still try but I think it's time to get the legal books back out...

really? is that based on average sac results in a good cohort (like 80%~ average)? im in the same boat as the OP (30/40) :( and just wondering what I'd need on paper 2.

dont take my word on it, but im assuming this is for an A+ average, but vcaa is a little weird..
you'd have to lose around 2-3 marks imo

What about a 35? How many marks could you afford to lose across both papers?

I  know further is extremely competitive but damn it seems like I got unlucky today.

Sounds fair.

Last SS question from me.

Exam 1: 29/40
Exam 2: 52/60

What would I be looking at assuming low A+ sacs in a moderate cohort?

same happened to me, i got 29/40, going inside the exam room with super high expectations (getting 95%+) fken ending up getting only a B for it..
i guess your in the same situation as me, either try hard for further or do good in legal...
