Hi all,

So in an exam, when they have asked you to state a scale, are you required to have the scale in the same units?
For example, if not specified, would both 1cm:2m and 1cm:200cm be accepted?
The same goes for scale factor, would both 1/2 and 1/200 be accepted? Or just the 1/200 cause its in the same units?

1/2 and 1/200 could not be acceptable as the same answer without quoting the units of the numerator and denominator.

If it asks for "k" and you write 200 when the answer is 1/200.....they're both the same answer yeah? Just depending on which you take first
