tbh i think it was harder but at the same time,
it was an advantage to most methods students. last question of trig aswell as the last for graphs would be a breeze!...well maybe not a breeze but definetley not as hard as any methods questions

yeah i do methods so i felt it gave me a good advantage... talked to everyone else and they had no idea for the last graphs and relations question

For that angle question where we had to prove POQ or something was 45 degrees, was it ok if I did this? (I only learned today that octagons and such are 360 degrees - stupid me)

I drew on my methods knowledge of the unit circle:

2Pi = 360°

I realised there is 8 'slices' or triangles which could be made in the octagon.

2Pi/8 = Pi/4 = 45°

Will I still get marks for that if I used that method and got the right answer?

well ur using radians which isnt on the further course
but you did do the 360/8=45 thing which is what was needed
