Hey i was wondering when it asks you to sketch the path of a particle (once you've figured out the cartesian equation), do you need to put the direction of motion or the starting point?

start and end, ive never been told to put in the direction
if you put an arrow or something on the graph it really means thats where the graph is

couldn't hurt to annotate it though i guess

Usually if it asks specifically in the question something along the lines of 'and indicate its direction of motion' then you must put the arrow in the path to denote the direction.
