Is this necessary? I'd doubt we'll get a question asking us to compare and contrast Quality Management strategies... Is it even in the study design?

I believe that Quality Management is in the study design but I just want to cover all possible questions that could be thrown in the exam....

and yeah, to be honest, This question, I reckon, would be most unlikely to occur (I hope) because I dont have any idea to approach it if it came up in the exam...
