Art Industry Issue Examinable?

Going through old pracice exams (2006-2010) a common question was as follows: Identify one art industry issue from the year 2008 or 2009 and present two differing points of view generated by this issue?

Is this question examinable in this years Studio Arts exam?

My teacher told me that those questions were only on the previous study design, and not a part of the one that started from last year (the one we have now). And I doubt that VCAA would go so far to screw us over by putting a question in the exam that technically isn't on the course, so I'm pretty sure the answer is no. Which sucks, because that means there's only 2 available trials from VCAA :(.

I asked my teacher about that too, and she said the same thing - that it's been taken off the new study design.
It wasn't included in our theory classes during the year so I'm assuming it should be ok :)

Thank you very much for reply all. Makes my life very easier, as my teacher for this subject is not very good and clear with the exam.
