Does anyone think our LA scores will be altered? I feel that if anyone had seen that article than it would definitely be an unfair advantage.

Maybe i'm just being hopeful because I know I did badly on that section  :(

It won't.

Agreed, it's unlikely, although I have heard rumours about a discussion the assessors had laying down that language analysis would be marked easier. This doesn't mean it will be marked up, just that it will be marked easier.

At the end of the day our results are all relative to each other, so it will equal itself out anyway.

'fraid not, and even if it did, it wouldn't make any difference. Like b^3 said, study scores are completely dependent on the quality of your work compared to everyone elses. At the end of the day, the average SS will be 30 regardless of how easy or hard the language analysis section was - marks will be allocated across the spectrum with the average at 5-6.
I won the GAT: 49/50/50.
