Motion question please help me

A car of mass 1300kg has a caravan of 900kg attached to it. The car and the caravan moves off from rest. They have a initial acceleration of 1.25 m/s/s.

That is related to that through that i was asked to work out the tension but i dont know how to find the driving force in the next question.

After some time the car reaches a speed of 100 km/h and the driver adjusts the engine power to maintain this constant speed. At this speed, the total retarding force on the car is 1300n, and on the caravan 1100N

What driving force is being exerted by the car at this speed?

constant speed, therefore: net force = 0N
therefore: F(retarding)=F(driving)=1300 + 1100 N = 2400 N
Im pretty sure this is correct thought i have made a mistake once before
