Stoichiometry is pretty important and I think you carry over some knowledge from 1/2, so that may be a good place to start.

Also try applying that knowledge in titrations (even back-titrations)

Redox is honestly not a bad place to spend some time on these holidays too. Just really blitz the questions and make sure you have a solid grasp on the concept. Silly errors are perhaps the most devastating of them all, so do your best to eliminate these! There's a lot of practice content for it online without needing to encounter a million other things that are beyond the VCE course.

Redox is only in unit 4 so maybe just concentrate on unit 3 stuff.

On top of stoich, go over naming hydrocarbons. Alkanes, alkenes, __anol, ___oic acid etc
There's a lot of that in the mid-year exam

Redox is most definately important for Unit 3.

I found the hardest part of unit 3 to be the various different forms of data we were called on to analyse (infra red spectra, chromatography, mass spectroscopy etc). I'd focus on this the most. Of course basic stoichometric calculations should be ingrained before you start unit 3. Remember and revise applications of; n =m/M, PV=nRT and relating coefficients of formulas.

Also, look at this video in your downtime because it is soooo worth it =D

We started year 12 today, and we're doing chapters 9 & 10 before holidays, then 1-5 and 11&12 are alll our homework before term 1 starts next year. And that's from the heinemann text book. I'm not sure if that's any help, that's just what our chem teacher seems to think is important :)
