Are dictionaries with grammar section allowed in the exam?

Mine had lists of the irregular verbs and their various forms, plus templates for writing letters/resumes/emails/complaint letters etc. and it was fine. In my experience the examiners will only flick through the dictionary briefly to check that you haven't got any notes hidden in there or something.
