i bought because i thought it would be a good resource :D
many of my teachers provide work from it, so by utilizing it not only would i build my understanding but also give me a head start on any works my teachers would provide :D
hope this helps ;p

I personally did not find it helpful :(
if you want just a whole book of questions, A+ notes, and checkpoints and the NEAP books are the way to go :)

my school gives these books out. i never really used it for the activities, just scribbled answers when my teacher was checking coursework, haha. it has activities for research methods which i did properly in anticipation for the unit 4 exam :P i think these activities were beneficial in understanding and applying knowledge.
the practice tests in it are pretty useless though i thought
i never filled in the glossary, i just used it as a checklist to make sure i understood the terms

it has LOADS of revision questions on each area of study which i found very helpful though for writing up thorough notes and exposing my areas of weaknesses. i never had any checkpoints or any of those things and i found the revision Qs to be more than adequate, but i'd personally buy this workbook
