Ok, so we've got the minor ATARs and whatnot out of the way, time for GAT results!

Any predictions?

The GAT statement will show a student’s raw score out of:

40 for written communication
35 for mathematics, science and technology
35 for humanities, the arts and social sciences.

Hmm, so three sections. I really am not too sure how I went, GAT was too long ago lol.

I just got my results. Better than any of my actual study scores! Comparison of study scores to GAT...

GAT Standardised Scores:
Written communication - 41
Maths/technology/science - 46
Humanities/arts/social sciences - 40

Study scores:
Lit (last year, really didn't try at all) - 24
English - 38
Biology - 34
Food and technology - 37
Australian history - 36
Methods - 21

Yeah, completely hopeless at methods. But apparently good at maths. Methods is what let me down, too. I got the ATAR I needed, 80.05 I have, but the course I REALLY wanted had a 25 prereq for methods. Dx

And, yep, they look to be done pretty similarly to study scores:
Proportion of students on or above:
45 - 2%
40 - 9%
35 - 26%
30 - 53%
25 - 78%
20 - 93%

Getting 40+ scaled in all three is pretty good, but to be honest, it doesn't really matter that much
