Questions on Monash Uni

Is the BSc Scholars program a scholarship? What about the Adv. Honours course? What about the above but for Biomedicine?

If they aren't scholarships then is there any advantage of choosing them? What are they?

I achieved an ATAR of 97.10 with study scores as per my sig (no sciences/methods above 40, all were 36/36/37 raw), is it possible to get a scholarship? Which preference should I pick?

And lastly do second round scholarship offers come out BEFORE the first round of university offers? If not, how do I know to reject my first offer if I can receive a second round scholarship?

I dearly hope people are online and can see this because I have one hour left to change my preferences. Trust me to leave it so late...

Science advanced with honours is a 4 year degree, science has 3. same with biomed. the difference is you do extra coursework and research in the 4th year. I beileve they are not scholarship courses unless you actually get a scholarship in general, but I could be wrong. When I applied, I was offered a scholarship to do science advanced with honours, but I decided to go to melbourne instead.

Assuming that the Scholars program for Monash Uni is not a scholarship, so going to put preferences as BBioMed at Melb, BSc at Melb, then Monash courses. I hope I don't frick up and not get a scholarship offer to Monash because of it. I'll contact them I think.
