Is there (supposed to be) a difference between standard solution and standardised solution?

Yes, you use the standard solution to make a standardised solution :)

You titrate an unknown solution with a standard solution in order to standardise the unknown solution. Ie. a standardised solution is one whose concentration is determined via titration with a standard solution (for something like that).

I would say the two are one and the same. A solution that has been standardised by a standard solution itself becomes a standard solution, because the definition of a standard solution is one with known concentration. The two are effectively interchangeable, with the possible exception of a standard solution that has been made through weighing of a primary standard and dissolution in a volumetric flask.

Yeah idk all I remember is a unit 2 prac called the "standardisation of acids" and we used titration to work out the concentrations of the acid. Can't really argue with the guy who got 50 in chem so take thushan's definition :)
