Enrolment problem

This has probably been run to the ground, but is anyone having trouble enrolling?

I've received my student ID through email and have registered an account..

we then activate the googlemail part right? do we get a password? how do we get it?


i tried resetting the pw but it still didn't let me log in on the enrolment page...


am i the only one getting this?

By enrollment page, do you mean the study plan? That is where you enroll.

it took a while to reset. after 10 minutes it should work.

I have a different problem....my student email is not accessible via the portal.....will it only appear in the portal following subject enrollment? Thanks :)

It should be accessible I think... portal often screws up though. If it stops working, or shows a lot of errors, then try logging out, closing all browsers, reopening and log back in. If it still doesn't work then I have no idea..

I had this problem on Google Chrome so I enrolled using Firefox and it worked perfectly.

Thanks guys :) I was using google chrome too.....tried using firefox and it worked perfectly ;)

i'm still filling out the 'emergency contact details', 'citizenship details' where the button turns green etcetc but it takes me ages for me to move along the steps because nothing shows up in the middle of the screen. and everything else is so damn slow. anyone else having this problem?

I'm having the same problem, but its not fixed because even after an hour i still can't log in. ????
