I'm not sure if this has already been asked but q8 of the enrolment questionaire asks about higher education
 'Prior to commencing your current course, what was your highest educational qualification and final year of enrolment? '
if we did a certificate 3 or 4 in business admin is that counted as 'higher education course' or do we just choose 'completed final year of secondary school....'

I believe cert IV counts
