Proxies, enrollment: I'm confused.

So I get my official offer on the 3rd of Feb (irregular offer - doing Com/law) and I leave to go overseas on thee 4th of Feb returning 2 days before uni starts. I'm fairly confident I can get the online enrollment part done easily. But its everything else, like the faculty days for Com/law thats the 9th of Feb, and all little things that I may not know of yet. So i guess the question is, how do I appoint a proxy? and will they have to do?
