Are we able to do it yet? Are we meant to be able to do it yet? Do we have to enroll in all our subjects before we begin timetabling?

I know the process of timetabling but in the relevant section of the student portal, for all my classes it says registration closed.

It opens at 10am* on Monday 30 January and you register for semester 1 subjects only.

*LOL at 10am.  More like 10:30 or 11:00 before it becomes fully functional again.

If you do subjects with limited classes/lectures, you'll want to. You can view the timetable for any subject already, and if you wish, plan ahead.

You're a biomed student, your timetabling will consist of "do I want slot 1 or slot 2 for my compulsory practical" (in later years, you lose even this degree of control)

Even in science, only got one decision to make this year; which of the two slots do I want to take my practical. Yay! :)

I don't have to do a timetable if I don't want to because:

1.  There's only one stream of lectures and only one tute
2.  There's one stream of lectures and two tutes but because the two tutes are there just for flexibility, they're never full so I can rock up to which ever one tickles my fancy.
