Would these subjects keep my options open for: MD, DDS, Optometry and the JD

Semester 1:

Chemistry Fundamentals

Physics 1: Fundamentals

Biology of cells and organisms

Breadth:

Introductory Microeconomics

Semester 2:

Chemistry 1

Genetics and the evolution of life

Breadth:

Globalisation and the world economy

Philosophy: The Big thinkers

And then Chemistry 2 over the summer holidays of course

As long as you do Chemistry 2 somewhere so you can do Biochemistry and Molecular Biology to satisfy that prereq for MD and DDS. If you don't do Biochem then you need to do another biological science subject at level 2 and 3 to satisfy the Doctor of Optom prereq.
