Year 12 Class of 2013, REPORT HERE!

Hahah, I was never arguing that we should all do Biomed/Science + MD in the first place, I was just saying it's a good option for some (and it is, especially those who don't know where they want to go yet) and that progressively many universities will start moving towards graduate entry programs rather than undergraduate programs.

Whether you should do a graduate or undergraduate program is a personal decision and that's not what I've been trying to argue

In response to that though, I think you do get a better education with a Biomedicine or Science course + MD than you would with Monash's MBBS - MBBS is way too condensed, like I'm looking over what I've learnt this year and it's been a bit of a jumbled mess to be honest.

No, I think you misunderstood my statement. What I was suggesting was that despite people's best efforts to get into the MBBS program at Monash, no one at my school has been able to get in yet.

No, I recognised that, what I was saying was that it actually might be for the better

Hahaha, well in MBBS, we get no practice questions for our exam, and our exam is probably just as bad as yours ;P

Finally my Unit 2 exams get underway tomorrow... I don't think I've ever been this unprepared for an assessment. I'm sure I'll pass though and that's all that matters now that my Units 3&4 exams are out of the way.

I'm sure you will do more than just pass stick! I have my 3/4 tomorrow eeep. Had English 1/2 already, didn't do a jot of preparation but when compared to history, writing two exams in two hours is luxury haha. So hope there was some substance in what I wrote.

We finished ours last week, started Year 12 headstart yesterday!

Mine finished last week.. yaaay! So all the year 11s get a two-week holiday starting this week, then orientation for a week (26th-30th), then summer holidays!

Funnily enough though, they forgot to put the music exam in the timetable. Now we're not even doing it...

Dang, I wish I had an extra two weeks to practise for year 12 ontop of the 10 weeks i'll already have to prepare myself.
Nah, but on a more serious note, it's really good cos it means we can just chill and do nothing for two weeks, and then get serious after the orientation, if you get me

I do haha. I'd actually prefer your system too. Our school isn't rated relatively high so they put in as much practice for the other students as they can... Trouble is, most of them probably don't care much about VCE.
