Nah, you've just never tasted dissapointed have you mate.  :P :P

If you stuff up in anything, Pauls words are very true. However, always figure out what went wrong, don't just ignore it. Stuff ups normally contain messages (if you catch my drift).

I've tasted disappointment many, many times, don't you worry.

(And I was never able to say yolo and get over it, so I know it's easier said than done).

Probably because you knew the future implications in the back of your mind?

You'll get to know me quite well very soon. :P

haha yeah i don't doubt that :p but looking forward to it!

If your feeling really pressured, read your texts for now? But remember to relax. We probably won't have an opportunity to relax like this for the rest of the year. And besides, relax is what the (first half haha) holidays are for. Start worrying like me later on.

i pretty much promised myself to get most of unit 3 done over the holidays for all my subjects but now i'm thinking that it was a bit ambitious.. so yeah i definitely need to remember to relax and try to have at least a little fun, thanks for the advice

Yeah, that's not a good idea! You'll probably find yourself skimming through content and not have a true understanding either. Remember, if lots of people are struggling to cope with the workload when given 6 months (roughly), it's certainly not going to be easy to finish half a years content in this time, not to mention you don't have a teacher to help you out either.

Also, lots of people tend to slack off in class because they've heard half the stuff the teachers saying (read:half) so they end up missing the other half which they might have skimmed over. Of course, everybody's different so maybe you might absorb everything, but I'm generalising :)

I do know some people who do work far ahead for some subjects that they find very easy, a lot people choose to cover a lot of further maths course work.

Only English and Methods? You're in a different league to me then :P

History subjects (at least revs) have a lot of stuff you need to remember, that put me off a little.

I took the advice of taking a rest rather than starting on holiday homework immediately, but when my friends questioned how much I did, I found out they've finished at least half of theirs, paranoid that i'm behind now ._.
