I think all timetables come out one week before o-week...
That's what I read somewhere - past 16th Feb i think.

You have up until 5pm on Thursday 16th February to submit your preferences. Allocate then closes for four days to run the sort and re-opens with your timetable on Tuesday 21st February at 10am.

The timetable dates are identical for everyone, except possibly Parkville students - I think Allocate works a bit differently for them.
