I have one left elective to choose, and i'm going to do two biol subjects, chem fundamentals, chem 1, i know my breadth, an optics subject. What are some other good science subjects? And is it worth doing a maths? If so, which is the easiest?

I'd recommend Global Environment - I found it interesting and quite a few people do that as their 3rd science.

It basically covers natural processes inside the earth, oceans and atmosphere. The prac demonstrator is very approachable and the pracs themselves are only 2 hrs and pretty easy, mostly just looking at rocks and answering short quizzes on them. Additionally, Andy Gleadow is an amazing lecturer - he also has arguably the most soothing voice in the university.

Be warned though - the exam isn't exactly easy and when I did it, there was several questions on topics that were barely mentioned.

The Finnish word pilkunnussija, which translates literally to “comma fucker,” is someone who risks his social wellbeing to annoyingly and persistently point out punctuation errors.

Completed VCE in 2010 - Now doing BSc at UoM
