Unimelb Student Portal : Not working all that well

I have accepted my offer AND I have enroled in my subjects. (through the enrolment website)
My student account has been created and I can log in to the Student Portal.
The system seems to recognise me, it lists my course and and my enroled subjects for Semester 1, 2012

But there are a few things which dont seem to work, particularly Admin functions, ie anyhting related to viewing/amending my Study Plan, viewing amending personal details etc (the screen goes into an endless wait)

Anyone else experiencing these problems, and do you have any suggestons ?

Pretty much. If you're desperate to access LMS just search up the melb uni blackboard lms. Also melb uni webmail if you need to get to emails.
