no. students who start before 2013 still pay the reduced fee...there was a linked page i read....posted somewhere around AN somewhere...it confirms it.

Also, even if i were to finish in 2016, you guys would finish in 2015. the change would also have affected you too. not that it will, but just saying.

no it doesn't affect anyone who starts their science related degree before 2013 but ends their science course by the end of 2015.

so you're saying it'll affect those who finish by 2016? Also, just for your interest, not many people do eventually finish their degree within the set time frame of 3 years. I've heard that students may drop or pick up subjects, take their course part time or do other times...you might think that you'll defs finish within the 3 year period. But who knows what might happen? :P
