Just to make sure... Is the CSP form melbourne uni gives you when you enrol online the only one that needs to be filled in?
I read the Information for Commonwealth supported students booklet and it says we need to sign a "request for commonwealth support and HECs-HELP" form.. But I don't know if its the same one as the one I filled in during the enrolment process.
Also, after filling in the form(s), is there anything else that needs to be done?
Thanks for the help guys.

Yep, all done online :) Just go through the process - there are no surprises to point out from what I remember.

The most important thing to fill in with that form is putting your Tax File Number (TFN).  It's alright if you skip it for now if you don't have a TFN but it must be filled in at some point which I'm not sure about.  I'm guessing it will be the census date?

I know lawyers and law students would crucify me for not saying this, but agreeing to be a CSP student by signing it electronically (ie. just ticking the box and accepting all the terms and conditions and whatnot) is also pretty important.
