I'm taking a look at some of the masters of engineering programs and came across Energy Systems which sounds pretty interesting. But can someone verify whether i can get in by completing a b.comm with the required units.

'Specialised Masters Programs
Our specialised masters by coursework are designed for qualified engineers keen to deepen their knowledge of a specialist area or to engage in new fields of study. Coursework degrees are gained by subject based study, but some research project work may be incorporated and entry pathways to research degrees are available.
In particular these masters programs will suit qualified engineers who wish to:
update their professional knowledge and skills
enhance their career opportunities
switch to a new engineering discipline.'
This makes it sound like i need to have a engineering degree already... However in the following link it gives the entry requirements:
(

Entry Requirements
An undergraduate degree:
in Commerce, Science, Engineering, or a related field
with a GPA of at least 65% average (or equivalent)
with mathematics equivalent to the University of Melbourne subjects Linear Algebra or Calculus 1 or Quantitative Methods 1
I'm thinking i would be able to do it since the entry requirements are specific to this specialised disipline...
Also if anyone was wondering, you can still do the M.Eng provided you have completed 2 maths units and 2 science units in undergrad - but the science units are specific to the program you want to do i.e.
Chemical you need 2 chemistry units
Mechanical you need 2 physics
Civil you need 1 chem and 1 physics

Thanks
