Gravimetric SAC diagrams

Hey, I'm doing a SAC at the moment (through out the week) and just started today. I've began by illustrating the diagrams.

For each procedure I drew the appropriate instruments. (Name/volume/concentration of the chemicals being added and the containers)
Please tell what I have to add further and what I have to watch out for.
Btw, for each procedure do I have to explain whats happening in the diagrams (when Ba2+ is added in excess to x ml of SO2-4 to form a precipitate OR water is added to fertilizer to obtain the desired soluble ions etc)

If you can please post a sample SAC diagram.

Thanks in advanced.

Okay , here's some things you might wanna revise/watch out for;

- Sources of error
- Ways to prevent errors
- Assumptions made in the prac
- Basic mass/mole calculations

As for diagrams, I'd upload one but I'm currently away from home :S sorry.
