If anyone can help that would be much appreciated

vector OM=4i + 2j - k and ON=6i + 10j +9k. If a vector AB ( i+j+k) is the be continued to join MN find the position vector of the point of contact

I presume that's not the full question, for others who want to attempt this question, the full question is below:



Hint: sketch a graph, now let the intersection between AB and MN to be X, you need to find OX, now express OX in 2 different ways, first using the vector AB, then using the vector MN, afterwards equate the 2 results you get, now you can solve for the variables contained within the coefficients of the 2 results.
