Studying??

Hey, just wondering should I have done some studying before semester begins? I have done no study for my uni course as of yet and I am starting uni tomorrow. Should I have done study during the holidays for BSc at UoM? I normally study during the holidays for VCE but after my end of year exams I slacked of so much and didn't study for my course. Is this wrong? Stressing out a bit.

It is too late for it to matter. But no, you generally don't need to study before semester.

I know it's too late now but I am asking for future semesters. So when I go to uni from next week will it be easy to pick up and study?

Yeah it should be, you can pre-read if you want, but generally there's no reason to.

Nah, my opinion is that it's never necessary to study before semester begins. You just learn to work with the pace of Uni once you start

lol a large proportion of people in first year barely study DURING first year, let alone before it...

Not that I condone this of course. It appears you'll be doing well!
The Finnish word pilkunnussija, which translates literally to “comma fucker,” is someone who risks his social wellbeing to annoyingly and persistently point out punctuation errors.

Completed VCE in 2010 - Now doing BSc at UoM

LMAO, this is so true. I started writing in my diary. I could barely write down my name without my hands shaking so much. It feels so weird after writing so many english essays last year LOL!

Well in some cases it might be beneficial. For instance, I have to memorize the kreb cycle and the structures of the amino acids for one subject and I've already began to do the latter. Should save me a lot of time during semester.
