What the hell is stoichiometry of a reaction?!

yea i wrote iodine (iodide) what that was reacts with starch. But question 1 doesnt make sense at all! :( and are we meant to complete the aim and method? :S cus i got no idea for that as well...bad start for uni! :(

I had my lab yesterday, apparently the answer (from another student, should've asked the demonstrator instead lol) is '1:1 ratio'
Yeah, I don't get it either haha.

Same thing I heard from a friend, the or 1:1 (or 1:1:1?) part . (I don't even do the subject, but was talking about the first question with a couple of friend who do yesterday)
